Cycle 5 Cinch-An-Inch challenge registration is NOW open and starts October 17, 2016.

Here's what's all included with the challenge:

1. Weekly workouts focusing on interval cardio and total body
2. Weekly meal plans with vegan options
3. Weekly grocery shopping list
4. Private Facebook online challenge group where all of the workouts, meal plans, etc. will be listed as well as motivation and support
5. Initial and final assessments

7. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cash prizes to the individuals who lose the most most inches from around their waist at the end of the 30 days.
