🌼 Low‑Impact Virtual Fitness Classes for Women 50 & 60+

Welcome! These virtual group classes are designed specifically for women ages 50 and 60+, including beginners, “couch potatoes,” and anyone managing knee, hip, or mobility challenges.

Every session is gentle, low‑impact, and includes clear modifications so you can move confidently and comfortably at your own pace.

💻 Class Schedule (All Times EST) - 4-Week Schedule (8 sessions)

Wednesdays either:

  • 5:30 am - 6:00 am
  • 7:00 am - 7:30 am
  • 8:00 to 8:30 AM
  • 10:00 –10:30 AM 
All virtual group classes will be led via Zoom (link will be sent once you register)
