Femme Fitale Fit Club's Power Hour Saturday Bootcamp classes will take place on Saturdays at New Town High Track.

This program is a great way to get a strength and conditioning workout in outside in the fresh air before your weekend kicks off.

Each Saturday we will gather at 6:45 am and get started at 7:00 am sharp at New Town High Track, 4931 New Town Blvd, Owings Mills, MD.

You will need the following:

1. Yoga or exercise mat
2. 8 lb to 10 lb dumbbells
3. Water
4. Towel
5. Jump rope
6. Can-do or can-try attitude

Be sure you get proper rest and hydrate throughout the day to be at your best during the class.

Be prepared to walk briskly, climb stairs, climb hills, jog, run and in some cases sprint.

You will be performing exercises to help tone the common trouble areas such as glutes, thighs, arms and core.

Registration in advance is mandatory. Select the date or dates you plan to attend.
The cost is $10 per person, per session.

In September we go to monthly subscription for $50. Drop ins are welcome for $15.

If there is inclement weather the class will be rescheduled.

Bring a friend, co-worker or family member. Minors must be registered and accompanied by an adult.
